On a pilgrimage to HILL FARMSTEAD BREWERY – Taproom on a dirt road in Greensboro Bend, Vermont – we discovered an abandoned chicken coop – sinking into the sunset across the road from the entry to the visitor center! Buried in snow – it stands as an artifact from another time – captured in a moment – neither functional but an entropic beauty waiting to collapse. Easy to pass by but a form of beauty hiding in plain site.
